Sacred Word: The Words We Inherited invites you into an intimate, spiritually grounded experience of ancestral reflection, conscious language, and reclaiming your sacred voice.

Guided by Dr. Crystal Garrett, this 90-minute gathering brings together breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, spiritual teaching, reflective journaling, and sacred ceremony.

Rooted in the Sacred Flow Method and inspired by the spiritual wisdom of the Sacred Word, this experience offers an opportunity to examine what you have inherited—and consciously choose what you carry forward.

An Intimate Sacred Gathering

This experience is personally hosted by Dr. Crystal in her Sacred Flow Private Wellness Space—a thoughtfully curated home-office sanctuary dedicated to holistic wellness, spiritual reflection, and intentional gatherings.

Attendance is intentionally limited to create an atmosphere of presence, connection, reflection, and meaningful participation.

This is not a traditional classroom workshop.

It is an opportunity to step away from everyday demands, enter a sacred environment, and become more conscious of the words that shape your life.

Your journal and writing materials will be provided.
No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, or chakra teachings is necessary.

You can recognize the words that shaped you while discovering the freedom to choose new ones.

Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sacred Flow experiences are intentionally intimate, with limited availability and thoughtful preparation for each registered guest.

Because your place is reserved exclusively for you and preparations begin in advance of the gathering, all registrations are final and nonrefundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest by notifying Sacred Flow Institute at least 24 hours before the event. Transfers are subject to confirmation.

If Sacred Flow Institute cancels the gathering, registered guests will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, guests may choose to attend the new date or receive a full refund.
