Meet Dr. Crystal Garrett, PhD
Dr. Crystal Garrett, PhD, is a holistic wellness practitioner, educator and founder of Sacred Flow Institute. Her work brings together breath, nervous-system regulation, intentional movement, metabolic wellness, restorative practices, energetic awareness and natural living within a whole-person approach to wellness.
Through the Sacred Flow Method and Sacred Flow Therapy, Dr. Crystal integrates her training and modalities into experiences designed to support greater awareness, restoration, movement and sustainable wellness practices.
