Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sacred Flow Institute's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Sacred Flow Institute provides online wellness classes, teachings, membership access, and Sacred Flow Therapy™ wellness experiences. Our services are intended for educational and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Membership & Subscriptions

Sacred Flow Membership is offered monthly or annually and renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel through your member portal or by contacting us before your next renewal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Membership includes designated monthly gatherings, member resources, and selected community experiences. Specialty workshops, private services, retreats, certifications, and certain in-person events may require separate registration or payment.

Membership does not automatically include: Sacred Flow Therapy, Private wellness evaluations, Individual consultations, Tissue Mineral Analysis programs, Practitioner certification programs, Retreats, Future paid workshops, Specialty educational programs. These are offered separately.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content, including classes, teachings, videos, and written materials, is the property of Sacred Flow Institute and is protected by copyright. Members may access content for personal use only and may not redistribute, copy, or share content without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services respectfully and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Record, download, or redistribute class content
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or disrespect other members or instructors

Disclaimer

Our wellness services, classes, and teachings are provided for educational purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice.

Limitation of Liability

Sacred Flow Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
